How To Compile A Gift Wishlist For Myself And Others

Problem
I am always seeing things I would like but I cannot afford them or they are surplus to my needs.
Then up comes a birthday or Christmas and I can't think of what I want.

Problems I want to buy something amusing, preferably in the colour red, to make me smile. I have three family birthdays in the next four months.
